摘要

本文通过实验对叉车在各种工况下的能耗及其分布进行分析,找出影响能耗的主要因素,为系统节能找到突破口,为后续研究提供理论依据。根据对电动叉车电池输出电压和电流的实测,行走系统约占液压系统总能耗的42.7%,转向系统约占液压系统总能耗的13%,俯仰系统约占液压系统总能耗的0.3%,而升降系统在液压系统整体能耗中所占比例最大,达到44%左右。
