Das, a coprophillous member of family Xylariaceae was collected and studied. This is the second report from the Indian sub-continent and first from state of Maharashtra, India. 木木科在印度已有12属187种。Poronia Willdenow ex SF Gray属于2013年首次在加尔各答报道。在本次真菌学研究中，我们收集并研究了木木科同生成员Poronia radicata Hembrom, a . Parihar & K. Das。这是印度次大陆的第二份报告，也是印度马哈拉施特拉邦的第一份报告。因此，它为马哈拉施特拉邦的真菌作了一个新的报告。
