The zoom application in internal communication during remote classes in university students

The purpose of the article is to provide the most relevant aspects in internal communication during remote classes in the rst stage of the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the face of this situation the interest of doing a study on behavior in the communicational part arises. Among the teachers and students who received their classes remotely, the stated objective was "DeterminetherelationshipbetweentheuseoftheZoomapplicationandinternal communicationinthestudentsoftheProfessionalSchoolofCommunicationSciences, UNTUMBES"; the methodology of the work is based on the quantitative approach, of the correlational type with a non-experimental cross-sectional design; the instrument used to obtain results was a questionnaire applied to 60 students; simple random probabilistic sampling was used for data analysis. To conrm the hypotheses, the statistical test of the correlational coefcient of “r” Pearson was used. The results obtained indicated that: 63% of the students of the School of Communication Sciences perceive a good relationship between the Zoom application variables and internal communication; 13% have an Excellent conception”.
