摘要

沂南金尾矿钙含量高,硅铝含量低,是众所周知的难烧结砖。在分析其基本性能的基础上,研究了用其压制成型制取烧结砖。结果表明,最佳工艺体系为:成型压力15MPa,成型含水量8%~9%,烧结前含水量1%,烧结温度1050℃,保温时间60min。采用该处理方法,75%细尾砂和25%中尾砂的砖抗压强度可达MU10。
