The growth status of Scenedesmus obliquus was investigated when different amounts of the all elopathic fraction (i.e. water extracted from the the Root of Geum Aleppicum Jacq.) were added into the culture solution, in which the same amount of algae was inoculated. During the cultivation period, the algae cell density was determined by hemocy to meter under a microscope and the changing shape of algae was also observed under a transmission electron microscope. The results indicated that the allelopathic fraction showed significant inhibitory effect son the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus, and the half-effect concentration EC50, 7d was 3.8g/l. 摘要

薤白根提取物的抑菌作用。在接种等量海藻的培养液中,加入不同量的全感菌提取物(即从黄芩根中提取的水),研究了黄芩的生长状况。在培养过程中,在显微镜下用血球法测定藻类细胞密度,并在透射电镜下观察藻类形态的变化。结果表明,化感作用部位对斜纹田鼠的生长有明显的抑制作用,ec50,7d的半效浓度为3.8g/l。化感作用部位处理后的藻细胞圆润,呈墨绿色,沉降速度加快。
