For this, a simulation experiment with process imbalance and aisle width as independent variables and production line capacity as dependent variable was designed. The Plant-Simulation® simulation platform was used to obtain experimental data and verify it. The results show that ChasingOvertaking capacity is the highest under the same conditions. 摘要

u型自组织生产线有三种典型代表,即u型行进、追逐式治理、蜂窝式斗式行进。设备按工艺顺序放置,设备之间的距离形成Ushaped生产线配置。前者形成工艺不平衡变量,后者形成通道宽度变量。为此,设计了以工艺不平衡和通道宽度为自变量,生产线产能为因变量的仿真实验。采用Plant-Simulation®仿真平台获取实验数据并进行验证。结果表明,在相同条件下,chasingovern的吞吐能力最高。蜂窝斗旅线和u形行进线的生产能力比CO线低20%以上;在离散系统下,三条自组织生产线不受配置因素的影响。
