The potentially productive principles of strategic partnership of enterprises-employers and universities acting as suppliers of the labor force are considered. Also, among the modern methods of HR-logistics, outsourcing technologies in personnel management, the approach and tools of sustainable logistics, tools for designing the labor process, a humanistic approach in the personnel motivation system, knowledge management methods are highlighted.
