摘要

本文基于耦合模理论建立了微环谐振器传输特性的理论模型,得到了微环谐振器的谐振波长、自由光谱范围等性能指标。研究了光波导微环生物传感器的工作原理。研究了光导物理参数与表面灵敏度的关系,改进了复合光导传感元件的灵敏度计算方法,建立了消失波型传感元件的灵敏度分析方法。在此基础上,本文开发了高灵敏度光导传感元件的灵敏度计算软件,改进了薄膜折射率的计算方法进行灵敏度计算。
