A multiple quality characteristics (QCs) decision model is presented in this paper to evaluate the quality of CNC machine tools by using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP). Then, a fuzzy judgment matrix based on triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs) is adopted to determine the relative weights of the chosen evaluation indexes. The method can take decision makers into consideration with a valuable guideline for evaluating quality.
