摘要
门奖是由超级伊斯兰银行通过抽奖免费提供的奖品，具有永久客户类别。永久客户是在大型伊斯兰银行存钱并经常定期交易的人。这就是触发大伊斯兰银行奖励客户的原因，以便这些客户更有动力在大伊斯兰银行储蓄。为了确定哪些顾客有资格获得门奖，本研究采用普罗米修斯算法的决策支持系统方法进行。关键词:决策支持系统，Promethee I, Doorprize。
