Therefore, besides theoretical significance, it has also application value to research on the purkinje fibre cell, even for the further study on the heart, by building mathematical models and reproducing the active procedure. In this paper, the purkinje fibre and some relevant concepts are introduced first, and then two typical models of the purkinje fibre cell are focused on, especially their mechnisms, features and the simulations.
