Gene mutations in SARS-CoV-2 can occur in all genes that make up the genome of SARS-CoV-2. Due to mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 gene, various variants of SARS-CoV-2 appear. Several variants of SARS-CoV-2 recorded since December 2020 include of B.1.1.7, B.1.351, B. 1.429, B.1.1.28, B.1.617 and B.1.618 variants. Due to the emergence of various variants of SARS-CoV-2, we must be more careful to avoid COVID-19. People who have co-morbidities of COVID-19 should be more careful to avoid COVID-19.
