摘要

目的报告1例结霜支血管炎合并结核性脑膜脑炎患者，治疗后随访18个月。METHODSCase报告。结果19岁女性结核性脑膜脑炎患者，主诉双侧视力模糊，双侧表现为霜状支血管炎和黄斑水肿。经全身糖皮质激素和标准抗结核药物治疗，视网膜周围炎和黄斑水肿完全缓解，随访18个月视力改善。结论霜状支血管炎可能继发于结核性脑膜脑炎。在标准抗结核药物的基础上，全身性糖皮质激素可能有助于缓解霜状支血管炎。

PURPOSE To present a case of frosted branch angiitis with tuberculous meningoencephalitis who was followed up for 18 months after treatment. METHODS Case report. RESULTS A 19-year-old female with tuberculous meningoencephalitis complained of bilateral blurred vision, and presented with frosted branch angiitis and macula edema in both eyes.
