摘要

本文基于资源经济学的压力状态响应(PSR)模型,探讨了智能电网发展的社会效益内在机制。智能电网发展带来的新兴技术被视为压力。电力系统运行性能和效率的提高,如适应可再生能源发电能力的增强,被视为状态。智能电网的发展对社会的影响被视为响应。在此基础上,提出了一种新的智能电网发展社会效益评估方法。最后,利用开发的评价体系对西北某省智能电网发展的社会效益进行了分析,得出了合理的评价结果。

Pressure state response-based method for evaluating social benefits from smart grid development
