Third, Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) method is applied to diagnose the connection failure by matching the calculated resistance with the estimated SOH. Finally, a linear projection is applied to reduce the method sensitivity to the testing conditions such as different state of charge (SOC). 摘要

提出了一种无外部振动情况下锂离子电池组连接故障检测方法。首先,采用梯度校正法识别整体欧姆电阻,即内外(接触)电阻之和。其次,采用基于增量容量分析(ICA)的方法估计电池的健康状态(SOH)。第三,采用基于密度的带噪声应用空间聚类(DBSCAN)方法,将计算的电阻与估计的SOH进行匹配,诊断连接故障。最后,采用线性投影法降低了该方法对不同荷电状态等测试条件的灵敏度。实验表明,该方法能较好地实时识别连接故障位置。
