The operation time, the cases used photocoagulation during the operation and surgical efficacy were compared between the two groups. \n \n \nResults \nThe operation time in chalazion forcep group [(30.70± 5.96) min] was shorter than that of the conventional resection group [(43.86±8.99) min]. 摘要

目的探讨斜拉钳在睑缘小肿瘤切除术中的应用。方法回顾性分析本院2016年7月至2018年12月收治的126例眼睑缘小肿瘤患者126只眼的临床资料。54例患者中有54眼采用斜拉钳切除，72例患者中有72眼采用传统切除。比较两组手术时间、术中使用光凝的病例数及手术疗效。结果裂孔钳组手术时间[(30.70±5.96)min]短于常规切除组[(43.86±8.99)min]。差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论应用睑缘钳治疗睑缘肿瘤可提高手术疗效。关键词:镊子;皲裂;切除，肿瘤，眼睑缘
