By the level of the ejection fraction of left ventricle (LVEF), all patients were divided into three groups: with a reduced LVEF an intermediate LVEF and a preserved LVEF. As a result it was shown that in the groups of intermediate and low EF, when the systole of ventricles dominate over the diastole, but under the treatment ratio changed to the prevalence of diastole. In the preserved LVEF sample diastole dominates at all stages of the observation.
