摘要

对伊尔库茨克地区不同年龄组患者结核分枝杆菌的基因型进行比较。材料和方法。采用24位点MIRU-VNTR分型对567例ТВ患者分离的588株无流行病学相关性的结核分枝杆菌进行了鉴定。160株属于不同年龄组的患者。从1990年以后出生的患有ТВ的“年轻人”中分离出59株菌株,从1955年以前出生的人中分离出101株菌株。结果。其中2 / 3(427/567)为北京型,以现代流行克隆复合物CC1和CC2亚型为主。伊尔库茨克地区“老年”和“年轻”患者中СС 1和CC2基因型北京的高水平聚类特征表明,过去50年来流行CC1和CC2亚型的存在和活跃传播。
