摘要

学生遇到的就业问题可能表明他们不了解自己的潜力,缺乏职业信息,选错了专业,对职业选择产生怀疑,还没有职业。本研究的目的是确定“驱动你的职业生涯”训练方法是否可以提高学生的职业适应能力。培训模块由研究人员自行开发,采用“一组前测后测设计”的实验研究设计。抽样方法采用目的抽样法,对初九班46名学生进行调查。采用职业适应量表测量职业适应能力。结果表明,运用“职业驱动”训练方法对提高职业适应能力有一定的效果。
