Although walking with a bag is useful for carrying luggage, it sometimes has an adverse effect on the body and may increase risk of lower back pain and strain on fingers, wrists, and shoulders [1,2]. Additionally, differences in bag carrying methods may influence walking performance (e.g., gait posture, walking cadence, and muscle activity) [1-3].
