For this purpose, a survey was conducted for 19 five-star accommodation establishments operating in Antalya, which has the most accommodation establishments in Turkey. In the study, which was carried out with a total of 976 participants, emotional labor, which is the mediating variable, was examined with its sub-dimensions, and impact analyzes were made with its sub-dimensions. The descriptive analyzes of the research were analyzed with the SPSS program, and the structural equation model was analyzed with the AMOS program. At the end of the analysis, it was seen that the organizational climate hurt burnout. With the inclusion of emotional labor, which is a mediating variable, in the model, it has been determined that emotional effort and emotional conflict, which are sub-dimensions of emotional labor, have a partial mediation impact on the effect of organizational climate on burnout. 摘要

本研究探讨了情绪劳动在住宿机构组织氛围对职业倦怠的影响中的中介作用。为此目的,对安塔利亚的19家五星级住宿机构进行了调查,安塔利亚是土耳其住宿机构最多的城市。本研究共976名被试,以情绪劳动为中介变量,对其子维度进行检验,并对其子维度进行影响分析。运用SPSS软件对研究进行描述性分析,运用AMOS软件对结构方程模型进行分析。在分析的最后,我们可以看到组织氛围对职业倦怠有影响。通过在模型中引入中介变量情绪劳动,发现情绪劳动的子维度情绪努力和情绪冲突对组织氛围对职业倦怠的影响具有部分中介作用。在研究的最后,提出了对从业者和研究人员的建议。
