摘要

根据国家标准TB/T 1804-2003,对列车空调性能测试系统进行了设计。用空气焓差法测定了制冷量。测试系统的硬件部分由数据采集单元和测试仪器组成,软件部分使用Visual Basic 6.0编程,并辅以Microsoft Access数据库。采用PLC单元和触摸屏对系统进行局部控制,实现对环境室温度、湿度、气流速度和流量的精确调节。针对系统非线性复杂、难以精确控制的特点,测试系统采用基于plc的模糊PID控制对温度、湿度等实验参数进行控制。
