Taguchi Method (TM) is used to find size of TCSCs to improve voltage stability margin and voltage profile of the system and to cope up the problem of line congestion. The proposed methodology has been tested on IEEE 14-bus test system to substantiate its applicability. Optimal Placement of Thyristor Controlled Series Compensators for Sensitive Nodes in Transmission System Using Voltage Power Sensitivity Index
