摘要

本研究通过DPPH自由基清除、一氧化氮自由基清除、超氧阴离子自由基清除、ABTS*+自由基清除和脂质过氧化抑制剂总抗氧化活性测定,并与标准对照,成功地研究了荻叶草的抗氧化性能。并以MCF7细胞株为实验对象,采用MTT法研究其抗肿瘤活性。用MTT法测定MCF-7细胞株的生长抑制率,PEAC提取物分别为65.54±1.05,而标准药物甲氨蝶呤的抑制率为83.03±1.0%。
