There are four treatments with four replicates per treatment with the use of commercial nano-nutrients (Aquaritin Aquaculture or AA) namely: (1) 0.70 mg/L; (2) 0.525 mg/L, (3) 0.35 mg/L, and (4) without any AA application, but included standard application of using urea and NPK fertilizers to enhance the growth of diatom. The use of AA was successful to trigger the growth of Thalassiosira sp. Group of shrimp treated with 0.70 mg/L had better growth rate. Results of feeding trial indicated that adding AA could also improve the biomass, final mean weight, survival, percentage weight gain, and better feed utilization in terms of FCR. The addition of AA to enhance the growth of Thalassiosira sp. also provides a beneficial impact to the protein composition in whole body of shrimp. Biologically, the protein composition in the whole body of shrimp treated with 0.7 mg/L was higher. 摘要
摘要本试验旨在研究纳米营养液对海硅藻生长的影响,以及对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)全虾水质、生长性能和蛋白质组成的影响。有4个处理,每个处理4个重复,使用商业纳米营养物(Aquaritin水产养殖或AA),即:(1)0.70 mg/L;(2) 0.525 mg/L, (3) 0.35 mg/L,(4)不施用AA,但标准施用尿素和氮磷钾以促进硅藻生长。AA对海assiassira sp.的生长有较好的促进作用,0.70 mg/L处理组的生长速率较好。饲养试验结果表明,添加AA可提高饲料生物量、最终平均体重、成活率、增重率,提高饲料效率。添加AA促进海assiassira sp.的生长对虾体蛋白质组成也有有益的影响。生物学上,0.7 mg/L处理对虾的全身蛋白质组成较高。本研究结果表明,在混凝土池中添加商业纳米营养物可促进海硅藻的生长,并能使养殖对虾更好地生长。生长,凡纳滨对虾,纳米营养物质,蛋白质组成,凡纳滨对虾,纳米营养物质,蛋白质组成,Tujuan penelitian yitu mengevalusi penggunaan campuran unik纳米营养物质,untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan硅藻,thalassisira sp. dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas air, laju pertumbuhan, dankomposisi蛋白,padadtubuh udang L. vananamei。Terdapat empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan per perlakuan dunan penggunaan纳米营养液(Aquaritin atau AA)用量:(1)0,70 mg/L;(2) 0.525 mg/L;(3) 0、35 mg/L,丹;(4)丹巴pemberian AA, tetapi menggunakan penerapan标准pupuk尿素和NPK untuk pertumbuhan硅藻。彭家南a . berhasil memicu pertumbuhan Thalassiosira sp.
