COVID and autoimmunity is known. We report a case of Bullous pemphigoid associated with COVID-19. Clinical features were suggestive of Bullous pemphigoid which was confirmed by histopathology, direct immunofluorescence and salt split technique. Patient did not respond to conventional therapy for BP. However, she responded dramatically to COVID-19 treatment with antiviral therapy.
