摘要

为了高效地监督招投标活动,提出准确规范的审计意见,本文用Python语言构建了一个基于文本挖掘的招投标辅助审计智能算法模型。对关键词的长度和频率进行归一化和优化。优化后的模型具有较好的预测与现实一致性,可以帮助审计人员定量、科学地识别投标过程中的欺诈行为,对提高投标审计的质量和效率具有重要意义。
