Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan: (a) hubungan antara kemampuan awal siswa dengan prestasi belajar, (b) hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar, (c) hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan (IQ) dengan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman. Metode Pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah gabungan dari Pembelajaran dengan Metode drill and practice dan pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe Team Assisted Individualisme (TAI). Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan awal siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa, (b) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa, (c) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara tingkat kecerdasan (IQ) dengan prestasi belajar siswa This research is a case study of learning using drill and practice method through team work on the Kinetic Theory of Gases in MAN Maguwoharjo. The aim of the research is to determine: (a) the relationship between prior knowledge of students with learning achievement, (b) the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement, (c) the relationship between the level of intelligence (IQ) and academic achievement. 摘要
