The purpose of this study was to obtain an effective extract concentration of Cymbopogon nardus L.to control S. frugiperda. The research was conducted at the Plant Pest Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru. The study was done from August to September 2020. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications with the concentration was 2 ml.l-1 water, 4 ml.l-1 water, 6 ml.l-1 water, 8 ml.l-1 water, 10 ml.l-1 water and without extract as a control. 摘要

秋粘虫(Spodoptera frugiperda j.e. Smith)是玉米主要害虫。通常的控制方法是使用合成杀虫剂,但持续或不明智地使用合成杀虫剂会对人类和环境造成危害。因此,需要一种安全环保的植物性杀虫剂,如香茅提取物。本研究的目的是获得一种有效的水仙草提取物浓度来防治水仙草。这项研究是在北干巴鲁廖内大学农学院植物害虫实验室进行的。该研究于2020年8月至9月进行。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD),共6个处理,4个重复,浓度分别为2 ml -1水、4 ml -1水、6 ml -1水、8 ml -1水、10 ml -1水,不添加提取物作为对照。研究结果表明,6 ml.l-1的水浓度能有效地防治水蚤,使水蚤总死亡率达80%,初始死亡时间为6.75 h,致死时间为40.50 h。
