In this study, Turkey's smart city approach will be addressed and Smart City Maturity Assessment Model of Turkey will be introduced with the preparation and implementation process. 摘要由于全球人口的空前增长,城市面临着许多挑战。在这种背景下,智慧城市作为提高生活质量的可行选择脱颖而出。智慧城市具有将信息转化为经济、社会和环境效益的能力,在可持续发展、竞争力和环境可持续性领域提供了收购。然而,大规模实施和维护智慧城市应用的成本揭示了在智慧城市转型之初选择合适的智慧城市应用的必要性。为了确定智慧城市领域应该使用哪些智慧城市应用,需要对城市的现状和需求进行有效的分析。成熟度评价可以作为了解城市现状的工具。在本研究中,将讨论土耳其的智慧城市方法,并介绍土耳其的智慧城市成熟度评估模型,以及准备和实施过程。因此,智慧城市成熟度评估模型对智慧城市应用选择的影响将与土耳其4个城市实施的成熟度评估结果进行讨论。
