The monitoring was carried out among 76 foster children being brought up in substitute families of the Azov city and the Azov district of the Rostov region and accompanied by the Azov Child Care Centre. The results obtained are of great importance for specialists of support services for substitute families, as well as researchers whose scientific interest is focused on studying substitute family care in Russia.
