摘要/ abstract摘要:大豆植株氮素的亏缺和过剩是大豆营养诊断的关键。应用图像处理技术,对施氮量分别为0%、50%、100%和150%的大豆生长6个阶段的叶片图像进行了研究。通过图像预处理,去除源图像的噪声,增强感兴趣区域,采用最小误差阈值法分离树叶和背景。采用RGB和HSI模型对大豆叶片的颜色特性进行了分析。建立了大豆叶片正常损失与过度损失的判别标准,为诊断大豆植株氮素不足和过量提供了技术依据。
