We report two patients with typical Kawasaki disease and facial palsy. Both had coronary artery aneurysms and were treated with intravenous immunoglobulin. The facial palsy resolved completely over the next several months in both patients. Coronary artery aneurysms resolved completely in one patient, and the other has not regressed to normal till now.
