The membrane was characterised with respect to bovine serum albumin (BSA) adsorption, pure water flux, permeability, compaction factor, humic acid (HA) rejection, and water uptake. The fouling resistance behaviour is prompted due to the presence of hydrophilic PEI chains in the membrane.
