摘要

本研究旨在确定COVID-19大流行期间印度尼西亚监察员服务标准在哥伦塔洛县林波托社区卫生中心的适应性。本研究采用描述型定性方法。结果表明,在作为工具使用的三个指标中,只有一个指标被认为未实现,即改进在线服务提供系统,Limboto保健中心已经有了e-Simpel应用程序,但在使用过程中,经常出现网络干扰。而其他两个指标,即提供明确服务标准信息的指标和设施、基础设施和服务设施的适应性指标是最优的。
