The findings indicated significant positive effects of servant leadership on job performance. This relationship was partially mediated by innovative work behaviour. In addition, the study found that public service motivation positively affected innovative work behaviour and strengthened its association with servant leadership. The managerial implication is that public managers should promote civil servants’ public service motivation and adopt servant leadership. 摘要本研究实证考察了服务型领导对工作绩效的影响,并注意到创新工作行为的中介作用和公共服务动机的调节作用。通过对在越南地方政府工作的361名公务员的调查,对研究框架进行了测试。研究发现,仆人式领导对工作绩效有显著的正向影响。这种关系在一定程度上受创新工作行为的影响。此外,研究发现公共服务动机正向影响创新工作行为,并强化其与服务型领导的关联。其管理含义是,公共管理者应提高公务员的公共服务动机,采取服务型领导。并对今后的研究提出了建议。
