The experiences of previous competitions confirmed that it is necessary to develop a professional telemetry system, which allows tracking and logging online important parameters of the engine and the vehicle. In this paper, we discuss results for estimating of several parameters of the engine (angular velocity, angular acceleration, the Coulomb-Morin external friction torque and the damping constant).
