The kinetics of the reaction was followed spectrophotometrically at λ max = 354 nm. The reaction is unit dependence on each of PCC, [H + ] and [substrate]. Michaelis-Menten type kinetics was observed with different amino acid. The reactions were studied at different temperature [25, 30, 35, 40, 45,500C] and activation parameters were computed. The effect of dielectric constant of the medium on the rate was studied. 研究了在高氯酸存在下,PCC在DMFH2O介质中400℃氧化l -异亮氨酸和l -缬氨酸。在λ max = 354nm处用分光光度法测定了反应动力学。该反应对PCC、[H +]和[底物]均有单位依赖性。观察了不同氨基酸的Michaelis-Menten型动力学。研究了不同温度[25、30、35、40、45,500℃]下的反应,并计算了活化参数。研究了介质介电常数对速率的影响。提出了一种与观测结果一致的机理。
