Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and path analysis. The study results indicate that satisfactory compensation can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees, and good work discipline can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees. Fair compensation can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees.
