The impact of the third harmonic zero-sequence current level of the capacitor oscillation reduction and the electro-thermal stresses on IGBT modules is investigated. An optimal parameter of the current level is obtained by compromising the above two performance factors. 摘要

提出了一种利用三次谐波零序电流抑制单三角桥单元模块化多电平级联变换器电容器电压振荡的方法。以80mvar / 33kv MMCC-SDBC为例,对该方法进行了验证。研究了电容振荡减小的三次谐波零序电流电平和电热应力对IGBT模块的影响。通过折衷上述两个性能因素,得到当前电平的最优参数。采用该方法可使电容器组体积减小23%。
