Purwanti, Lilik Indayani","doi":"10.21070/ijis.v8i0.1616","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Islamic work ethic on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 100 employees on all employees of Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0 for windows. This study uses primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data was obtained from company documents. The results of this study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Employee Performance. 摘要
本研究旨在以组织公民行为为中介变量,探讨领导成员交换和伊斯兰职业道德对员工绩效的影响。本研究是一种带有假设检验的定量研究。本研究的样本为100名员工,其中所有员工为Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken。本研究使用的分析工具是路径分析技术,借助SmartPLS 3.0版本的windows软件。本研究使用一手数据和二次数据,一手数据来自于问卷,其测量使用李克特量表进行效度和信度测试,而二次数据来自于公司文件。本研究结果证明:(1)领导成员交换与员工绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。(2)伊斯兰职业道德与员工绩效之间存在显著的正向关系(3)领导成员交换对组织公民行为具有显著的正向影响(4)伊斯兰职业道德对组织公民行为具有显著的正向影响(5)员工绩效与组织公民行为之间存在显著的正向影响。(6)以组织公民行为为中介变量,领导成员交换对员工绩效有显著的正向影响;(7)组织公民行为不能中介伊斯兰职业道德对员工绩效的影响。
