摘要本文主要研究放射性检测技术在加工设备过程控制中的定位功能。通过对比不同照明场景,22Na的检测精度不受空间面积的限制;检验的精度与加工设备的精度无关;检测的准确性不受被加工体状况的影响。本研究对于未来的放射性检测技术弥补现有传感器技术对加工装置的空间定位、照明环境和被加工体的材料特性造成的精度不足,以及对先进制造领域的过程控制研究具有重要意义。
