The signal passes through $\\kappa\\text{-}\\mu$ disappearance of small scale and $\\alpha\\text{-}\\eta\\text{-}\\mu$ co-canal disturbance (CCI). We implement a SC receiver to reduce the effects of multiple fading on the failure probability and bit error probability. For the given conditions, the level of transition of the level (LCR) of the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the SC receiver is estimated. Expression for LCR can be used to estimate the average fading duration (AFD) of the proposed radiocommunication system. Furthermore, we implement simulation accelerated by a graphics processing unit (GPU) and linear optimization to plan the optimal $5\\mathrm{G}$ mobile network within a smart city.
