Cutem vivo in: autoinjerto cutáneo en el manejo de pacientes quemados

presentamos nuestra experiencia con el uso de autoinjertos cutáneos en el manejo de pacientes quemados. ABSTRACT Graft is defined as a unit of tissue used to cover anatomical defects; it is separated from its vascular supply and requires the formation of a new one in the recipient bed. Skin, fat, tendon, cartilage, bone tissue, nerve, and fascia alone or in combination can be transferred as grafts. Skin grafts are widely used in traumatic wounds, oncologic resection defects and burn reconstruction, among others. In this paper, we present our experience with the use of skin autografts in the management of burned patients.
