The first aim of this article is to characterise the misselling phenomenon and present the most important circumstances surrounding its occurrence. The second aim is to examine the level of consumers’ awareness and knowledge of misselling and to show way to protect against misselling, among which the most important postulate is to increase the level of consumers’ financial education. 摘要

不当销售是指销售的金融服务不符合消费者的需求,或者销售的方式和方式与服务的性质不相适应。本文的第一个目的是描述不当销售现象,并提出围绕其发生的最重要的情况。第二个目的是考察消费者对不当销售的意识和知识水平,并提出防止不当销售的方法,其中最重要的假设是提高消费者的金融教育水平。促进金融教育可以提高消费者的安全感,提高金融服务对消费者需求的调整程度,增强消费者可以从公共机构获得帮助的意识,为波兰人在金融市场上的活动做出积极贡献。
