At present, the scale of China’s current kindergarten teacher workforce still does not meet the standards for teacher assignments. Education levels are still low and there is still a clear gap between urban and rural areas and between provinces in quantity and quality. The tasks of building China’s future kindergarten teacher workforce are: appoint the required number of kindergarten teachers according to the standards and plan for population changes; optimize the education level structure of the kindergarten teacher workforce and further improve the education level of the teacher workforce; and strengthen the construction of rural kindergarten teacher workforce and shrink the inter-provincial gaps between teacher workforces. 摘要

“十四五”期间,中国学前教育将朝着质量型、均衡型发展目标迈进,必须形成数量充足、质量高、分布均衡的幼儿园教师队伍。目前,中国目前的幼儿园教师队伍规模仍然不符合教师分配的标准。教育水平仍然较低,城乡之间、省与省之间在数量和质量上仍然存在明显差距。中国未来幼儿园教师队伍建设的任务是:根据标准和人口变化规划所需的幼儿园教师数量;优化幼儿园教师队伍的学历结构,进一步提高教师队伍的学历水平;加强农村幼儿园教师队伍建设,缩小省际教师队伍差距。为此,本研究建议切实提高幼儿园教师的薪酬水平和社会地位,培养更多具有大专以上学历的幼教专业人才,系统完善幼儿园教师队伍管理机制。
