In this work, low density organic solvent is used and there is no need of centrifugation. Several factors influencing the microextraction efficiency, such as pH, the amount of chelating agent, nature and volume of extraction and homogeneous solvents have been investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the linear dynamic range is 1.0-500.0 ng L -1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998 and the detection limit of 0.1 ng L -1 . 摘要

本研究采用助浮选均相液液微萃取法对微量Mn(II)进行预富集。1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)被用作配体。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了浮相中富集的分析物。本工作采用低密度有机溶剂,不需要离心。考察了pH、螯合剂用量、萃取物性质和体积、均相溶剂等因素对微萃取效率的影响,并进行了优化。在最佳条件下,线性动态范围为1.0 ~ 500.0 ng L -1,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.1 ng L -1。该方法已成功地应用于不同水样中锰的分离测定。
