Effect of butorphanol combined with dexamethasone on prevention of adverse reactions of carprost in cesarean section
Objective
To discuss the effect of butorphanol combined with dexamethasone in preventing adverse reactions of carprost in cesarean section.
Methods
A total of 120 women who underwent cesarean delivery in Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were screened. The patients were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The reference group was given intravenous injection of buprenorphine in uterine body, the observation group was treated with butorphanol and dexamethasone on the basis of the control group. The incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. The sedation scores of the two groups of women were observed and compared before operation, 10 minutes after uterine body injection, and after completion of operation. The hemodynamic index levels of the two groups of women were recorded before operation, 40 minutes after uterine body injection, and after operation.
Results
Compared with reference group, the incidence of adverse reactions such as vomiting, nausea, chest tightness, facial flushing, hypertension, chills and tachycardia in the observation group showed a significant downward trend(P 0.05). Ten minutes after uterine body injection, the sedation score of control group showed a significant downward trend, while that of observation group showed a significant upward trend (P 0.05). Forty minutes after uterine body injection, the heart rate, mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate of the two groups were significantly increased, but the increasing range of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).
Conclusions
The clinical effect of budesonol combined with dexamethasone in preventing adverse reactions of carprost in cesarean section is ideal, which can effectively alleviate various discomforts of maternal and reduce the incidence of various adverse reactions.
