The analytical descriptive approach is followed in analyzing the study population, which included general managers of these companies, as well as human resources managers in the companies in which this position exists. A total of 339 managers were selected in a comprehensive inclusion approach. The number of valid questionnaires is 300, with an estimated rate of (88.4%).
