Gobernanza: un nuevo modelo de gobernación para la sociedad del Siglo XXI

As a consequence, to a series of economic and social changes, from the second half of the seventy, most governments of social states in all of their formats began showing economic, social and administrative problems and limitations that complicated their governmental activity. In consideration of this, the objective of the present article is to identify the main changes and adjustments that the organization and exercise of public policies have gone through during the last four decades for shaping a process, or an effective way of governing and administrating contemporary societies and their changes. In a very detailed manner, the article will analyze the different explanations of the factors that have contributed to the surge of the concept/approach of Governance.
